Forbidden Content
The following types of content are forbidden under all circumstances, either actual or simulated.
Selling / Posting forbidden content with FairPay will result in the termination of your account and the refund of all transactions which featured such content.
This list is non-exhaustive; we may add new items at any point.
You are not allowed to use FairPay to sell content that respects our rules but then promise the delivery of extra content outside of FairPay by other means (e.g., via email or chat).
No references to infants, newborns, children or individuals under the age of 18 in any way, either actual or simulated.
All performers must be and appear to be over 18 years of age in all content. Children cannot be heard in the background of any content, regardless of the context. It is forbidden for performers to act as if an underage individual is participating in a scene (including the use of child-like dolls).
Content containing, either actual or simulated, escorting, prostitution, sex trafficking and/or in-person meetups is forbidden.
You can only inform people of your presence at widely known industry public events.
You cannot sell any physical products, including, but not limited to, worn panties or underwear.
FairPay has a 0 tolerance policy toward illegal drug use. You are not allowed to show/use illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia in any content posted on FairPay. This includes items such as needles and syringes.
Content containing, promoting, advertising, or referring to hate speech is forbidden.
It includes, but is not limited to, content intended to humiliate, dehumanize, incite hatred, fear of, or violence against a group or individual based on race, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste or any other such characteristic.
Content in which religious materials are being desecrated or which instructs viewers to desecrate religious materials is forbidden.
No racial humiliation, racial slurs, or symbols is forbidden (even within a fantasy and/or fetish scenario).
There must never be any doubt about the express consent of the performers.
No rape or forced sex, whether actual or simulated, either as a rape victim or author.
Self-harm and encouragement to self-harm, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
Suicide, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
Torture and extreme sadomasochistic abuse is forbidden.
Content featuring individuals who have not given prior, express, and fully informed consent to that material being created and posted on FairPay is forbidden.
There must never be any doubt about the express consent of the performers.
Performers cannot be intoxicated. This includes, but is not limited to: drugs, alcohol, medicines, and all other substances that cause intoxication.
No direct family incest (including grandparents), either actual or simulated.
Please note that with "in-law" "step-family" relations, incest is acceptable.
You cannot alter someone's breathing, either actual or depicted. This includes, but is not limited to, choking, strangulation, and hanging. Nothing can be tied around a performer's neck to insinuate that their breathing is modified as a result.
No dead people, either actual or simulated.
No sexually explicit scenes where animals appear, either actual or simulated.
No animals in any sexually explicit content - please hide your pets 🙏
Blood, either actual or simulated, coming from bodily harm or not, is forbidden.
Vomit, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
Feces, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
Depicting or simulating someone being maimed or killed is forbidden.
Weapons, including fake/props, are forbidden.
Alcohol consumption is forbidden.
You cannot perform hypnosis, or pretend to, on anyone in your content.
Weed / Marijuana / Cannabis consumption is forbidden.
Content featuring individuals that are filmed without their express consent is forbidden. Every recognizable person appearing in the content must be a performer listed in your Performer List, for whom you have collected proper documentation.

Suicide, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
No Torture
Torture and extreme sadomasochistic abuse is forbidden.
No Revenge Porn
Content featuring individuals who have not given prior, express, and fully informed consent to that material being created and posted on FairPay is forbidden.
No Intoxication
There must never be any doubt about the express consent of the performers.
Performers cannot be intoxicated. This includes, but is not limited to: drugs, alcohol, medicines, and all other substances that cause intoxication.
No mother/father/brother/sister incest
No direct family incest (including grandparents), either actual or simulated.
Please note that with "in-law" "step-family" relations, incest is acceptable.
No Asphyxiation / Suffocating 💨
You cannot alter someone's breathing, either actual or depicted. This includes, but is not limited to, choking, strangulation, and hanging. Nothing can be tied around a performer's neck to insinuate that their breathing is modified as a result.
No Necrophilia ☠️
No dead people, either actual or simulated.
No Bestiality
No sexually explicit scenes where animals appear, either actual or simulated.

No Blood🩸

No Vomit 🤮
Vomit, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
No Scat / Poop 💩
Feces, either actual or simulated, is forbidden.
No Snuff 😱

Weapons, including fake/props, are forbidden.

Alcohol consumption is forbidden.
No Hypnosis 😵💫
You cannot perform hypnosis, or pretend to, on anyone in your content.

No Hidden Cameras
Content featuring individuals that are filmed without their express consent is forbidden. Every recognizable person appearing in the content must be a performer listed in your Performer List, for whom you have collected proper documentation.
