Performer Verification

We must collect documentation for all the performers appearing in the content of a given FairPay account.

Performer Verification

As soon as you add a new performer to FairPay, you can start tagging them in your content and products.

However, these products will only appear online and sell once all performers are verified.

We strive to verify new performers within 24 hours on weekdays and 72 hours on weekends.

There are 3 different ways you can verify a new performer, depending on your situation.

Case 1: The performer is you, the owner of the FairPay account

It is the simplest case: you only need to verify your identity (part of your account activation) and indicate that this performer is you.

Case 2: The performer is someone else, and you have the documentation

Whenever you create adult content with other persons, you must collect photo IDs + Consent Forms / Release Agreements for your recordkeeping.

If you have collected those documents already, you can select this option to verify the performer by uploading his photo ID and the agreement.

You can consult our template release agreement here.

Case 3: The performer is someone else, and you have the documentation

Whenever you create adult content with other persons, you must collect photo IDs + Consent Forms / Release Agreements for your recordkeeping.

If you have not collected those documents, you can select this option. FairPay will email the performer to request an ID verification + the electronic signature of a template model release agreement.

Please note that if you are only missing the photo ID or the agreement, you must still select this option and FairPay will collect both.

If you prefer, you may contact the performer on your own and then proceed via the second option instead.
