How to access your content

Depending on the type of content and how you made your purchase (as a guest or using a registered account), the method for accessing your content may vary.

Prerecorded Videos



Email: Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your prerecorded video.

Thank You Page: The video will also be available on the 'Thank You' page immediately following your transaction. If the payment happened outside of FairPay, you may need to click on a link to return to FairPay.

Content Library: For registered accounts only. You can always find all your purchased videos in your FairPay Content Library, which is accessible when you log into your account.

Custom Videos



Email: Once the seller has created and uploaded the content to FairPay, you will receive an email with a link to access your video.

Content Library: For registered accounts only. Once the seller has created and uploaded the content to FairPay, you will find your video in your FairPay Content Library.

Live Shows



For live shows, you will need to arrange a time with the seller. We recommend agreeing on a time prior to purchasing the live show.

Just before the live show time, the seller will send you a special access link to enter FairPay's chatroom, where the live show will take place.


FAQ



I haven't received an email with my content. What should I do?

If you have not received an email within a reasonable time frame, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, feel free to contact our support team at support@gofairpay.com.

How long will the content be available in my FairPay Content Library?

For registered users, the content will remain in your FairPay Content Library indefinitely, unless stated otherwise.
