How to request a refund

We take refund requests very seriously and investigate each request in-depth.

It is best to request a refund within 2 weeks of purchasing.

At FairPay, we take pride in ensuring quality, and we want to create a safe space for you to purchase content from some of humanity's most entertaining, captivating personalities.

If you are legitimately unhappy with your purchase, we have no interest in keeping your money.

FairPay or the content creator will decide to refund depending on the situation's gravity.


Refunds issued by FairPay


In the following cases, FairPay will decide to refund on its own accord (even if the content creator disagrees):

We will refund any scam-related transaction (and ban the content creator)
We will refund if the content is not of satisfactory quality
We will refund if the content does not match its description
We will refund if the content or service takes too long to be delivered

Please note that in many cases, we will reach out to the content creator before issuing your refund. Please allow a bit of time for us to investigate your request thoroughly.

Refund issued by the content creator


We may believe you received your content or service timely and with satisfactory quality, while you think otherwise and still want a refund.

In this case, we will forward your request to the content creator and leave the decision up to them. If they agree, we will issue a full or partial refund based on their decision.

Partial refunds


In some cases, FairPay will issue partial refunds (usually for refunds issued at the request of the content creator).

When issuing a refund, we always tell you whether it is a full or partial refund.

How long to get my money back


Refunds can take anywhere between 1 day and 2 weeks to get back into your account.
