Reporting inappropriate content



If you come across inappropriate content, please report it using the 'Report this page' link at the bottom of every page on FairPay (in the footer). Our team will then review your report shortly and act accordingly.

Reporting issues with your purchases



If you are having an issue with one of your purchases, please get in touch with support directly via the live chat bubble or email at support@gofairpay.com.

To speed up the resolution, please provide your Sale ID number. We generally answer within 24 hours and will do our best to assist you (the delay might be longer on weekends).
