Cost of a refund



Please note that refunding incur fees that we carry forward to you. The cost is 3 USD for transactions in US Dollars or 3 EUR for transactions in Euros.

You can refund any good or service not delivered



If you want to refund a good or service that has not been delivered to your customer, reach out to support, and we will do it for you - no questions asked.

You can refund any good or service not yet paid out



If you want to refund a good or service for which we have not paid out your earnings yet, reach out to support, and we will do it for you - no questions asked.

In practice, because we payout 16 days in arrears, it means you have at least 16 days to issue a refund on any sale.

You can refund other transactions too



If you want, you can refund a transaction for a good or service delivered or a donation.

However, we handle this on a case-by-case basis. We want to ensure you have enough earnings on your balance to cover the refund (or enough regular sales).

We can refund transactions



In practice, we intend to work with you in good intelligence: we aim to take payments and make customers happy.

That is why we generally only refund transactions after reaching out to you to understand the situation better.

However, please note that by our terms, we reserve the right to refund any transaction as we see fit. There are 2 main cases where we refund transactions : 

You have sold goods and services that are in breach of our terms
One of your customers has reached out to us requesting a refund because he bought a good or service that has not been delivered timely
